Rev.1D.4 Budgie Chip Rev -01 (only) Remove E123C & E125C from
underside A1200 Board (under Alice)

Rev.1D.4 Budgie Chip Rev -02 Rem E123C & E125C also Remove
XR358 470 ohm pull-up resistor.

Rev.1D.4 Budgie Chip Rev -02 also add 470 ohm pull-up
resistor to at pin 43 of U2 ALICE .

Rev .2B Budgie Chip Rev -01 & -02 Remove E123C & E125C
from underside A1200 Board (under Alice)

Rev .2B Budgie Chip Rev -01 & -02 Add 470 ~ 560 ohm pull-up
resistor at pin 43 U2 ALICE .

Rev .2B Budgie Chip Rev -01 & -02 change R118 from 470 ohm
to a lower value of 220 ohms.
